If, during the course of the service, additional work or parts are required beyond the original scope of the appointment, Motorcoz will communicate these needs to you. We will seek your approval before proceeding with any additional work. The cost and time required for these modifications will be discussed and agreed upon with you.

2. Weather Conditions and Service Timing

2.1 Impact of Weather Conditions:

Motorcoz operates year-round, but weather conditions can affect the timing and completion of certain services, particularly those that involve outdoor work or require specific environmental conditions. Severe weather, such as heavy rain, snow, extreme heat, or cold, may delay or reschedule your appointment for safety and quality reasons.

2.2 Communication of Delays:

If weather conditions are expected to impact your scheduled service, Motorcoz will notify you as soon as possible. We will work with you to reschedule the appointment to a mutually convenient time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such circumstances.

2.3 No Liability for Weather-Related Delays:

Motorcoz is not responsible for delays or disruptions in service caused by adverse weather conditions. While we strive to meet all service deadlines, we cannot guarantee completion times when weather interferes with our operations.

3. Service Warranties and Guarantees

3.1 Quality of Service:

Motorcoz is committed to providing high-quality automotive services. We stand behind our work with a warranty on parts and labor, specific to the type of service provided. The details of our warranties, including duration and coverage, will be communicated to you at the time of service.

3.2 Warranty Claims:

3.3 Exclusions:

4.3 Late Payments:

If payment is not made on time, Motorcoz reserves the right to charge late fees and/or withhold the release of the vehicle until full payment is received. In the event of non-payment, Motorcoz may take legal action to recover the outstanding amount, including any associated costs.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their vehicle and the services needed. Any misrepresentation or omission may affect the quality and outcome of the service.

5.2 Timely Arrival:

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are unable to make your appointment or will be late, contact us as soon as possible. Motorcoz reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments if customers fail to show up on time or notify us of delays.

5.3 Vehicle Preparation:

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their vehicles are ready for the scheduled service. This may include removing personal items, ensuring adequate fuel levels, and addressing any pre-existing issues that could affect the service.

6. Liability and Indemnification

6.1 Limitation of Liability:

Motorcoz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided, and we are not responsible for any loss of income, profit, or data, or for any claims made by third parties.
